It's not.

It's not "about us." It's about Jesus!

We are not a part of any particular denomination, just a group of Believers seeking to fulfill our calling in life. Some of us are young, some are old. Some of us are fat, some are skinny. Some of us are rich, some are poor. Some of us are mature in our faith and some are just babes. But we are all human...we are just like you. Our goal in life is just to be transparent and genuine and to be what Jesus called His Followers to be: the Light of the World. We are actually supposed to be like the moon. It has no light of its own; it simply reflects the light of the sun. Likewise, we have no light of our own...we simply reflect the Light of the Son. We don't think our way is the only way, but we strive to "Do everything we do, as unto the Lord." We each have been given certain Gifts, and we seek to use those Gifts, to Glorify the Giver!

Our goal is to introduce people to their Creator, and teach them how to share their faith with others. We currently meet daily at The Sanctuary Café. The Café is a great place to bring your seeker friends to chat and offer them a taste of reality (and java)! We provide free snacks and coffee, and have many free tracts and brochures available on a variety of spiritual topics. We also have over 1000 original posters and 100 original t-shirts, (one free per person).

Our primary goal is to give people evidence of their Creator, and then introduce Him to them, as their Father. Our next goal is to prepare each other to enter into an ever increasingly dark world with that glorious Light of Truth. Our job is not to save, but to sow the seeds of Truth; only God can save. Outside of Christ, we can do nothing that truly lasts, but through Christ, God can cleanse, save and employ (use) anyone. Some plant, some water, but God, by His Holy Spirit, is the only true source of spiritual growth and Life.

Evangelism is our focus; and training Believers to promote, share and expand His Kingdom. From there: Helping each other through the tough times in life; being a shoulder to cry on, or helping someone fix a flat tire, or maybe dropping off some needed groceries. As Jesus said the greatest commandment was, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind, and love your neighbor as yourself.” So that’s our goal here: Love the Lord with all of our heart, mind and strength…and love each other the best we know how. The goal is not to just GO to church, but rather BE the church in any way we can, as we let the Light of Life shine through our daily lives. The Lord encourages us in Galatians 6:9, "Let us not grow weary in doing good for at the proper time we will reap a harvest, if we do not give up!"

The Sanctuary is for those who want a deeper, more intimate relationship with Father God... and are determined to take as many people with them to Heaven as the Lord allows. 2000 years ago, Jesus said, "The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Pray to the Lord of the Harvest, to send out workers into His harvest field!"

It's time to stop praying for workers... and time to start BECOMING workers! So if you can relate to our mission, come join us!
